The debut studio album from Slayer and possibly one of the best-selling independent records of all time.
Although the original LP has 10 tracks, track listings to some versions vary. On some cassette and vinyl versions (and even some CD reissues), 1 additional track, "Aggressive Perfector" (which was also recorded in 1983) was added and appears between "Metal Storm/Face the Slayer" and "Black Magic". Another CD reissue (released in 1987) featured songs from their 1984 EP "Haunting The Chapel", while another reissue featured "Aggressive Perfector" and "Chemical Warfare" (the latter appears on the aforementioned EP). The 1993 US CD reissue featured the same track listing as the original LP.
